1. Service Description

ProductFarm AI ("the Service") is a platform that uses AI agents to generate, build, and deploy web applications based on user descriptions. The Service produces AI-generated code, databases, and preview deployments.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProductFarm AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. AI-Generated Applications Disclaimer

All applications created through ProductFarm AI are generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Generated code may contain bugs, security vulnerabilities, or errors
• AI-generated applications are provided for prototyping and demonstration purposes
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated code before production use
• ProductFarm AI makes no guarantees about the quality, security, or fitness of generated applications for any particular purpose

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTFARM AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

ProductFarm AI, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: data loss, security breaches in generated applications, downtime, financial losses, or any damages resulting from AI-generated code.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the security of your own API keys, credentials, and Supabase project data
• You must not use the Service to generate applications that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• You are responsible for any data stored in databases connected to your generated applications
• You must not attempt to abuse, overload, or exploit the Service

6. Preview Deployments

Preview URLs provided by ProductFarm AI are temporary and offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or persistence of preview deployments. Preview environments may be removed at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the applications generated through ProductFarm AI. The generated code is yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit. ProductFarm AI retains no rights over your generated applications.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic (Claude). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. ProductFarm AI is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
